1. Office can not normally activate the solution
If you see the activation window is as shown in the following figure there are three options: try, purchase, activate. Please refer to the following two methods to activate Office.
1. Restore the system to the factory state.
To ensure that the Internet connection and Win10 have been activated, re-activate Office.
2. If you do not want to restore the system to the factory state.
Please enter the following URL: HTTP: //aka.ms/diag_97275, download the registry repair tool, after running. To ensure that the Internet connection and Win10 have been activated, re-activate Office.
If the above program does not solve the problem, please upgrade L2.
2. The details of the normal activation of Office 2016
First of all, before the activation of Office, you need to ensure that Windows 10 has been activated, determine the following:
Go to the network first, open "Start - Settings - Update and Security - Activate" to show that Windows is activated or the following shows.

Need to have a Microsoft account (can also be registered in the activation process)
Before you activate Office, make sure Windows is activated
Must be activated within 6 months of Windows 10 activation
1. After Windows 10 is activated, click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the screen. On the right side of the menu, you can see the icons of "Word", "Excel", "PowerPoint", "OneNote", and click any icon.
2. After the Office component opens, click the pop-up activation window.
3. The activation assistant will automatically read the activation key in the system, then click [Online Redemption], then click [Next].
4. If the user has a Microsoft account, you can select [Login], if there is no Microsoft account, select [Create a new account].
Create a new account:
Users can use their own mailbox or register a new Outlook mailbox, please prompt the user to record a good registration email and password.
Registered Microsoft account will be presented to users 5G OneDrive storage space, can store photos and documents online, and from any computer or mobile phone can be accessed.
Note: If the user's Microsoft account is bundled with Office 365, using that account login will automatically be converted to the relevant version of Office 365. If the user wants to use the Office Family and Student Edition 2016 alone, please register a new account.
5. Country selection 【China】, the language can be based on user needs, select Simplified Chinese or English, then click [Next], you can choose whether to subscribe from the Office products related to the message.
6. The account settings will be made later until "Your Office is ready".
7. After switching from the browser to the Office application, click [Finish activation]. And log in to your Microsoft account, you can use Office.
At this point, activation is complete!
Users can open any Office components inside the [file] ---- [account], see the Office of the activation.
